With a self addressed stamped envelope, you can get seeds from nearly any
grower on here, as this is basically a free seed exchange list, or atleast the 3
hundred seeds or so I ahve acquired on this list, I have never paid more than
the price of postage for. If you send me a self addressed, stamped bubble pack,
I will give you half a dozen seeds of an Atlantic Giant Pumpkin. That will get
you started, the rest of the knowledge can be acquired by either A) following
this group for the next six months, waiting for the start of the 2000 growing
season, which will teach you free priceless information, B) visit the webpages
of the growers out here on the net, which most have links to each other, and
have info on growing the big one from starting seeds, to cutting the fruit from
the vine, or C) email Don Langevin at annedawn@aol.com and tell him yuo would
like to purchase his book, he will send you the info needed to buy his Bible of
growing, How TO Grow World Class Giant Pumpkins, Volume I and II. The second is
updated, but dont pass on the first if you can afford it, they both contain
excellent info, photos, and tips.. Here is my address to send for seeds....

I am just doing my part to help further the activity of AG growing, I may not
have been growing AGs for 20 years, but my 3 years I have been here, rest
assured, are quality.. What part of central NY are you from? Lots of growers in
yuor area...
