Hmm....I would call it two fruits from one plant, since that is what it is,
regardless if it was separated from the main or not. For example, remember
the Stumpless Wonder....it was not a "cull". A cull would be a pumpkin cut
off from GROWING before it was done. True that you stopped the flow of
nutrients to the 220est, but you also took away the energies which the leaves
of the 200est vine was producing for the rest of the plant, leaving it only
to use the taproot system. Of course this was GOOD for your purposes, but
nothing was technically culled. All pumpkins were grown on the plant until
maturity.
You probably should indicate two fruits on one plant, even though you might
think of it as two separate plants after cutting the main, but remember, you
also took some energy from the main plant by taking away the extra leaves,
but I am sure the energy it was using was more that was taken. You basically
just redirected the nutrient flow, which is what we all do anyway by pruning
and culling, etc.
