I've had one of those for about two years and I can't complain.
Very reliable and easy to use. I'm not an expert, but from what
I understand, the Troy Bilt transmission is the key ingredient
that gives them the long term reliability.
When using this tiller, you have to set the wheels with very simple
pin... that is, you pin the wheels to the axel and you go, then you
unpin them when you just want to push the tiller around the yard
without the engine running. While the pinning of the wheels might
be a tad inconvienient, the system is VERY reliable. This aspect
of it can't break.
I paid a lot more for mine, but maybe mine has a bigger engine...?
It may be bigger on the width also, I don't remember the specs.
But I paid at least double the price you quoted.

Hi group
Has anyone ever used a rear tine tiller called garden-way by troy-bilt ?
Sams club sells them here in NH its a 5.5 HP and 16in. width . It sells
here for $299.91
My big AG at this point is about 225lbs and still growing I got of to a
late start .
its on a 932 Mcintyre x self no other males at the time.
