Round Robin Seed Trade

The Third Annual Mallorn Pumpkin Seed Round Robin Seed Trade is getting
organized. For new members to the list the round robin is a box of seeds
that gets mailed to each person who joins the round robin. Each person who
chooses to participate contributes at least 24 seeds (two for each
participant). Everyone mails seeds to me, and I make a list to send the box
throughout North America. When each participant gets the box they take out
seeds from each of the participants, then mail the box to the next person.
This is a good way to get seeds with solid genetics, most of the people in
the round robin are dedicated growers, but have not yet broken into the ranks
of heavy hitters. People describe their pumpkins, and enclose pictures.
This is a fun way to trade seeds. My seeds are not very impressive this
year. I have one orange pumpkin in my patch, it is approximately 250 lb.,
very round (I must say it's pretty) the mother is the 98 Dalton (Mrytle the
Turtle) and a 98 Lloyd.

There are five spaces available in the Round Robin. If you want to join send
me an email privately.
