Glenn,
Back in 1984 , I had a pumpkin that weighed 440 pounds at the Eastern
States Exposition in Springfield , Mass. It sat on display at the Fair. Two
weeks later it weighed 433 at the Topsfield Fair and was recorded as New
Englands largest pumpkin ever. Lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks. Weights have
certainly come a long way in 16 years.
