Re: Here is my estimated weight


All this talk about stem-splitting etc. makes me fear for the failure of my
first pumpkin before it even sprouts.  I'll be able to deal with whatever
happens, but my 6 year-old, who will be in on the project in a big way,
will be mighty disappointed if his squash explodes or something.  maybe I'd
better try growing 2 plants (argh!!! no room!!!).  Is it wise to grow 2
fruits on one plant, or is that a sure route to smallish pumpkins?
