Yes, the patch has to be removed and the pumpkin will be inspected. .......No foreign material permitted on the pumpkin.

MY QUESTION FOR THE LIST IS IF THIS PUMPKIN NOW GOES TO A WEIGH OFF. IS THE
PATCH REMOVED AND THE PUMPKIN INSPECTED TO SEE IF THE SPLIT GOES IN TO THE
