Ok so I tried and failed to get my projected three
digits.
Some of you were very kind to suggest months ago
that
I could get to 500.
It seems that SVB did me in before I
had the right chemicals. The Maryland record is not
endangered by me...
But I do have a pumpkin and it seems to be over 50
pounds and many strangers who walk by think it
is
HUGE. Ha, I tell them. It is more than nothing for
a
novice and I do have two luminas in the
backyard.
Alas I still have a question.
When to cut it off and bring it inside? It's
a rather
white fruit. Up close it has some off white spotty
coloration (not rot though). The plant has nearly
nothing going for it with just a handful of
barely
standing leaves. The tarp is still over it and
I'm
pondering it's removal to get more color.
Any
tips ya'll? I sure would not enjoy it being
acquired
by a stranger...
thanks.
