Fun Seed Trade

Pumpkin List Members:

 

 A few years ago I joined a round robin giant pumpkin seed trade composed of people on this pumpkin list.  The trade continues each year, and we currently can have four people join us.

 

The way it works is that everyone sends fourteen packets of seeds to one person (currently me) all the seeds are put in one box, which is then mailed sequentially to each person who then takes out one packet of seeds from each of the fourteen people who contributed seeds and mails box to the next person.

 

This is an easy way to collect diverse pumpkin seeds, along with the occaisional giant watermelon or sunflower.
