Final Update before weighoff: Bhaskaran Patch, SE MN

Congrats to some! Wishing the best for others in the upcoming weighoffs!  I'm just crossing my fingers for no more rotting or spliting!  Almost 3000lbs lost this year with my 500lber going down a week ago!  The pumpkins are covered tonight as we have a cold week ahead...If my son's holds together...it should beat my personal best by about 20lbs. Go figure...it was grown in  the worse soil of the patch and never really had that many leaves!  I was confused on how it could be growing 17-25lbs a day.  My son did not cut off the teritiaries, like I do. About 450 sq ft was what it was grown in and he never really spent that much time on the plant itself.  However, like Brett has said...it was the only pumpkin that was on this plant up until late...it just decided early 1 pumpkin...no others.

Anyways, here are the final numbers...before the weighoff on the 29th...
