I'll give it a shot...

First of all your K is way high and your Mg is also too high. 
Gypsum will help leach some of this out during the winter.  For
this condition alone use 50 pounds of gypsum per 1000 square
feet spread evenly and tilled in.  When you can work the soil
in the spring, use this same treatment again before planting.

This should help bring your soil into better balance by
lowering K and Mg and also increase the calcium level.

Secondly raw manures have high levels of K!  You should avoid
using raw manures... only use well composted manure or better
yet use compost made from green waste not manure.

Your OM is low so I would recommend using 50 yards of good
quality compost in the spring over your 10,000 square foot
patch rather than 50 yards of manure.

If you must use manure, I would limit it to no more than 10
yards total and till it before winter.

You might also consider 10 pounds of soil sulfer per 1,000
square feet to knock the ph down a bit...
