We need more info to answer this properly. 
If this Circus Carnival guy was right within two pounds, he won ... WHAT? A
buck, a grand, a date with your teenage daughter?
What was the prize he offered? A dime, a dollar, a date with his grandma?
Why not post a picture of your fruit, offering a prize for the estimate you
like best?
My guess is 1312 lbs.
