Re: SE MN Weigh Off Results

Since it rained during the entire weigh off, I did not spend too much 
time looking at all the pumpkins. I did think that both of Dave 
Bhaskaran's 501.5 Beachy pumpkins were nicely shaped and in my biased 
opinion, the 843 Heyne had great color. I used another pumpkin from this 
1420.5 LaRue plant in a wedding and it was also a very beautiful orange 
color. There were several other pumpkins at the weigh off that also had 
a good color gene, but I cannot remember which ones they were.
