The Santa Rosa Harvest Fair 3rd annual Search for the Giant Pumpkin contest
will take place on Sunday, October 7, at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds at
the intersection of Hwy 101 and Hwy 12.
Registration: 10 am-12:30 pm on October 7
Entry fee $15 (includes T-shirt)
One entry per exhibitor.
Sound pumpkins previously weighed elsewhere are eligible as long as they
have not placed within the Top 10 at the previous weighoff.
First place: $1000
Second place: $500
Third: $250
Fourth: $125
Fifth: $125
Weighing will begin about 12:30 pm, beginning with the smallest and working
up.
