SE MN Weigh Off Results

For the second time in the last three years, it has rained at the SE Minnesota Giant Pumpkin Weigh Off in Austin , Minnesota from 9:30 am until noon. The weather forecast on the late Friday evening news said that the rain would not arrive until Saturday evening and that Saturday morning would be beautiful. Boy, was he wrong! I think the results would have been better if it had not rained almost every day or two for the last 1.5 months and because of the rain, it was also cloudy and cool for periods of time. Considering all that, the results are not too bad. Here are the results for giant pumpkins, squash, watermelon, long gourd, tall corn, and sunflowers:
