Hi everyone.
I'm harvesting my biggie this weekend for a charity guess-the-weight
raffle. I don't think it's fully ripe yet, but they need it for Monday.
Do I make the cut above, or on the stem indentation? Or does none of
this make a difference?
Would also like to know if anybody has come up with any
innovative/back-saving ways of lifting them besides that $150 lifter.
We have a forklift, tarp, pallet, and trailer with ramps. As someone
suggested, I will rally 4-6 burly guys, a case of beer, and a couple of
pizzas, but that's as far as my "plan" has gotten so far. Guess we'll
kinda walk it, rock it, or roll it onto the tarp?? Oh dear, I think I
need anti-anxiety meds...
Thanks for any info.

p.s. Steve, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. My condolences to you
and yours.
