So sorry to hear this! Honestly. I don't understand people anymore, why
they think they have the right to destroy or steal other peoples things.
This year we have been broke into twice, they rummage and pilfer, and steal
what they want. Damage is racking up. They even took our kids trampoline,
took the time to take it apart! We have a street light, and we are on a main
road! They have also at different times took our car trailer, with a horse
drawn OLD hay rake on it, missing one wheel (because it wouldn't all fit on
the trailer) and the kids toys, dishes, power tools, and many other things.
With no insurance, nothing has of course been returned or found. No arrests
made. ;-(
So what exactly did this person get out of destroying your babies? Just like
cemetery destruction. I don't understand it.
Weird people amongst us.
Check around at what the giants would sell for right now, figure in what
fertilizer/cost of upkeep was. How about time involved? Also, the little
sugar pumpkins are high here this year, $5. For a little pie pumpkin. The
mini decorative gourds are 2/1.00 and .75 for the larger ones. Boo pumpkins
are bringing a little more.

Subject: Vandalism!
I came to the patch this afternoon to find my 500# giant beaten with a
piece of wood, walk further into the patch and notice about a dozen or
more field pumpkins smashed across the yard and parking lot, many many
Baby Boos and Batwings smashed and scattered around and 2 of my 200# AGs
beaten and bruised like the 500#.
I wanted to vomit, I wanted to scream (I actually did yell a few choice
words), I want to throttle someone's neck!
The police want an $ estimate of how much damage was done. How am I to
put a price on these...my children as they are!
Angry in Sun Prairie!!
