Sorry to hear that Steve. How did you determine that the stem rotted all

way into the fruit prior to the BIG explosion? Wish I could have seen the

I had a real nice fruit succumb to stem rot last week. Neither Daconil,
Captan or Borax could save it.
We gave her a proper funeral by proceeding to blow the smithereens out of
her. It is an amazing sight to see a 600lb plus pumpkin disappear before
your very eyes. No cleanup necessary!
I will have a couple for Indiana weigh-offs this Sunday. We are too busy to
make it to Illinois.
