Just a reminder ... The Sonoma County Harvest Fair Search-For-the- Giant-Pumpkin weigh-off is open to all California growers. Previously weighed pumpkins are accepted as long as they did not place in the top 10 anywhere.
The weigh-off is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 3, at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds where Highway 12 intersects with Highway 101.
Registration fee is $15 and includes commemorative T-shirt. Registration deadline is Sunday, Oct. 3.Bring the entire family. There are always plenty of exciting things to do for kids of all ages.
