Blossom End Up Estimating Help Needed

I have never had one like this, does anyone have experience with this type?
How do they run compared to the OTT method?  I had a Blossom End Down in 93
that ran heaver than the OTT chart but did not have as big of ribs as this
one.  This looks like a big Tractor Tire that fell over, it has 12 Ribs up to
18" wide.  Looks like my 617 that is in Don's book but on it's back.
