Tim, Yes to all four questions. Further clarification, it is a fresh
bulb, if you use a dried one add more water. 25% is a start point, if you
get 100% kill go to 50% by volume. The solution is easy to work with,
shake well before you pour off some to use, let settle and you can decant
water or add more ground bulb if it's too weak. Have fun! Roger
