okay group, here's a question. my pumpkin is over 600#, and was putting on
between 8-10# per day all last week. some of the leaves were dying, but
were being replaced by new growth. the temp was 85-95 all week with night
times in the high 60's. on monday we got socked with about 5" of rain, and
hurricane type winds knocked the daylights out of my patch. the temp that
day was 95, then it went down to about 65, in the matter of 10 minutes.
this week it's been in the high 60's all week. now my pumpkin has only
grown 1/2" since the storm, before that it was trucking along at amost 1.5
" per day. thoughts on what's going on here? will it pick back up if the
temp gets back up? ideas? comments?
