The newly arrived October issue of Sunset Magazine has a short "Craft
Project" article on using electric Christmas minilights to "add dazzle to
your pumpkins".
Basically you make holes as desired and push the minilights from the inside
through the hole. A hole is cut in the bottom to install the lights and to
access the cord . A couple of nice pictures and complete instructions.
