Two charts, one for circumference and one for Over The Top (which is
short for over the top in two directions and once around the middle) are
in the bible for pumpkin growers, How To Raise Giant Pumpkins Vol 2.
Amazon books could give you all the info you need to get it. Probably
not at your public library.
