My Uncle Bill has final acquired the new family record.  I can't believe
this healthy backyard gardener beat me this year. It must to of been do
to all the coaching I provided him over the years. ..... or was it due
to this mailing list?  My spies never did come through. I even heard  of
a rumor that Chris Andersen was going to mail him a pumpkin just to beat
me.  This is a very sad day. Very Very sad.......  The new Family record
is only 345 pounds.   I hope I remember it correctly.  What can I do..?
Where should I go to somber in my sorrow?  How can I face my family?  I
know.... I will go and weigh my Pumpkin at the PNWGPG GPC weighoff on
Oct 3.   My pumpkin has been visited by Linus (from the Charlie Brown)
and he states that truly have the Great Pumpkin.  On Oct 3, I will be
back........
