How much should daily growth be?!

My 618 Wallace seemed to stop growing again, no growth since 9/19 and a slight
blush of orange, I don;t think it is time for it to ripen yet though, maybe it
will pick up again, since the skin is still really soft.
Anyway, what is the average DAILY CIRCUMFERENCE growth for the really big
AG's? Mine seemed to grow about an inch in circumference a day, (about an inch
OTT cross, and an inch OTT stem to blossom end, too). But according to the
calculator, it only put on 7 pounds a day (it is about 89 inches in circ.
now). And that definitely doesn't sound too good. (Or is it)? So what IS an
average good growth rate?
