The pumpkins are picked. Excitement is rising. Tomorrow (Saturday) is the
pumpkin weigh-off at Byron, Mn. Plan to enter two pumpkins and weigh four
more to see how close the estimates were to the actual weight.
More than a dozen lifters, some spouses, and a number of children, came to the
pumpkin patch this warm sunny afternoon in southeastern Minnesota to pick
a number of pumpkins. Pumpkin shaped cookies, pumpkin bars, and cold cider
was served to all. Everyone had a great time.
I will post the results of the Byron weigh-off either Saturday or Sunday.
