Haahaa, thanks anyways..  I was just teasing.. I do hope to go down, but
am not sure what I amgoign to do this year with only a 300 pounder.. I
would be embarrased to show up withit!! Our local is on Sunday October
3rd, so this may be one of those years to stay local. Im sure the pie is
delicious!!! How much space do you grow on? How many plants? Did you know
that the 900 pounder would set the record for PA? I think Tony has the
current state record with his 845, correct me if I am wrong........ What
do you think of a Pennsy Giant Pumpkin Growers website? One that would
have the past results, some pics, make up a logo of some type, keep
people all over the state up to date from time to time with the goings
onthrough out the growing year, state records of the pumpkin, squash,
etc.... Results from some state fairs like the Bloomsburg fair, and other
locals like our little one up here. (By the way, our record for pumpkins
is 748 pounds, set 3 years ago..
