For the past 2 years in southern Mich, I was able to purchase a pair of
pumpkins (84/86 this year, 87 & 76 last year) and the pair were less than
$25.00 Not record weights, but certainly conversation pieces on the porch!

At the Ohio Valley BBQ this summer there was a grower from Michigan who
grows them commercially and sells them for .50 per pound. It all depends
