Pumpkin Tops 700 Pounds - (CUMBERLAND) -- The winner of the Cumberland County Fair's pumpkin competition is a 705-pounder grown by Al Bernard of Sanford. Second place was a 580-pound pumpkin raised by Dick Blaney of Dayton, who was the first prize winner last year.
