I am hoping that when the ten winners are announced and each submits
there own prioritized list of which prize packages they covet, that any
ties should be resolved.
However, due to the way the prize packages have been formed, it is
important that we have only one grand prize winner. So, if one person
guesses 1149 and one guess 1151 and the winning number is 1150, we have
a problem. It has been suggested that we accept the lower number as the
winning answer and I would then consider the higher number to be the
second place winner. I find this an acceptable solution to solve any
problems of ties.
Unless I am deluged with complaints, I hereby amend this rule.
Also, we have finally broken 100!
