Brugs root easily in a jug of water; that's how I root all of mine. 
Need to keep the jugs in a warm place - regular room temps. will do. 
They'll root in a week or two, but you need to use stems that have
the little white bumps on them - which have a name I can't pull into
my brain right now.  Immature stems won't root well.
