I hate to continue this thread any further, but, having wonderful soil in
my beds that I can work with my hands, and having lost all of my wild
bunnies (which I always planted for) and snakes (which ate the voles the
cats can't seem to out smart), I have to admit, I'm a little sick of cats
in my garden, but...

Does anyone know if electric fencing is legal in the typical US municipality??
