Just got home......signed up to the Perennials list....later got
this....can someone tell me what this means....should I take it
personally......Probably not, but an explain would be nice.
"DEE"
As a list owner, we receive postings all day which tells us who has
subscribed
and unsubscribed uncorrectly and all the bounced mail from mail boxes
which are full. Some ISP
have a max limit which a mail box will carry. Once it has reached its
limit all the mail which is created from this mailing list will then
come to my mailbox. This means alot of extra mail for me to weed
through. Sometimes people dont know they have a max limit and sometimes
they make an honest mistake of forgeting to signoff before they go on
vaction. So what happens, their mail box get full and I get all the left
over postings in my mailbox. If I see the same name over and over again,
I will sign them off. Sometime it is not a full mailbox but their ISP is
down and then I will get all there left over mail. THis has happen with
a few people and they have asked to be subscribed again.
These are things we learn day by day when we play internet. Bounced
mail...down ISP..CAT poop...etc.
