Yes. Very easy to germinate but slow to develop. I sow on 50/50
peat/silica sand. Keep wet by standing pot in an inch of water. Seems to
respond well to stratification, a month at 35F (refrigerator) or sown
outside (pots under a plastic dome) in February has worked for me. Keep
out of the sun though...mine have done much better in a shady spot.
