As far as I know, there is no *one* list of botanical names for plants on
the web.  There are many lists dealing with different groups of plants and
most plants listed by any site have both the botanical and common name.

A very comprehensive list of links to sites of botanical interest is the
Internet Directory for Botany.  The following URL takes you to an
alphabetical list of sites that can keep you busy for a lifetime.
