Vernonia fasciculata - native to wet prairies and marshes.
Silphium integrifolium - Prairies and road sides, some times in open
woodlands.
Euphorbia corollata - Flowering spurge erect perennial from a very deep tap
root, white flowers, Dry woods, old fields and prairies. I find this species
in sandy soil here in Minnesota.
