Nice euphemism that "stakeholder" reference. There was a great outcry when
this legislation was first introduced, much of it because of ignorance on
the part of the regulators which led to some inartful wording--leading to
amazement on the part of some nursery/plant professionals about what was
being proposed.
The best input would be collective, measured and unemotional. Small segments
of the horticultural community will be heard but if experience from other
issues holds true, the silent majority of the gardening public will remain
silent.
