Hi Shauna,
Actually it's Mary. The e-mail is in my husbands name. I don't let him near
my gardens. He's the weed-wacking king...
All I did was let my petunias die back in the fall. I started noticing
little round pods and opened one and there were seeds inside! I just kept
watching them and when the pod turned brown and looked dry to me, I picked
it and put it in an envelope. I was pretty excited because the petunias
were given to me last May by my dear mother-in-law who passed away the next
month. I thought it was pretty special to be able to grow these plants
again.
Good luck. If I can do it, anyone can!
Mary
