Mark,

Carmona microphylla (also called Ehretia buxifolia , Ehretia microphylla,
Fukien tea, Philippine tea) is loved for bonsai due to its tiny, shiny green
leaves, tiny white flowers throughout the year, and red berries.
It is a tropical shrub originating in Southern China and other parts of
Southeast Asia. It is very popular for bonsai in China.
It can be grown outdoors in warm climates, but is quite popular as an indoor
bonsai.

On the web there are informations on Fukien tea at:

Mine grows in a bonsai pot and produces a lot of flowers and berries,
but none of the seeds germinated.
