The best advice I can find
1) Pick off all affected leaves
2)spray with Gamma-HCH (prop.Hexyl)
3) don't plant anything with withered leaves, may be introducing the
pest.
On veg, a particular problem with celery, on flowers, esp. chrysanthemum
