Can someone give Utah the proper procedure for getting off of this
list. He keeps sending me private e-mail telling me to get him off the
list. Any help would be appreciated.

I like this list so I do not have to worry about saving the
instructions on how to leave. I know I have them stored somewhere, but
cannot find them to give to him right now.
