Well, if it's very hot where you live that could retard the blossoms
somewhat. Or, maybe the vines aren't getting enough morning sun. Mine get
sun all day, but morning sun is the most important. I've never fertilized
mine, I use compost as mulch, though.  Maybe you could use a water soluable
fertilizer and spray the leaves to give them a good dose. I've done that
with other blooming plants and it seems to make them bloom nicely.
