cosmos is an easy to grow annual. full sun, well drained soil, do not over
water, do not over fertilize. easy to grow from seed. plant after danger of
frost. cuttings should be taken in the spring. it may be hard to over
winter. it would be easier to plant seeds again in the spring and find out
what the problem is. if you take cuttings, how are they going to survive if
you don't know how to care for the mother plant? good luck.............
