this may suggest one of two things,...

one,..your ISP filters for it, stopping it befor you get it..or

two,..it was deliberate to a chosen few,..i doupt the later.

Actually, I wrote and asked why some would have gotten it while others
didn't.  I didn't get it (no, I'm not complaining). I asked the question
because I really wanted to know.  Does anyone know the answer to my
question?
