Can anyone tell me the appropriate time of the year here in North
America for severely cutting wisteria back?
i have cut it back 90% in summer it does bleed some did not seem to hurt it (no flowers the next year) this was a bunch, would have liked to cut it some time in winter for less mess. we cut 2 truck loads of vines.
however they do make the best Christmas wreaths!!!! find some one who can use them.
