Last spring I planted some seed of Asarina purpusii 'Victoria Falls' which
was listed in Thompson and Morgan as a half hardy annual. When I was cleaning
out the barrel they were planted in I found tuberous roots which I brought
inside and put in a plastic container in the basement. They're now sprouting
and I was wondering if I should move the container to a cooler place (the
refigerator) or would this be an OK time to take cuttings since I had planned
on doing that in the spring anyway.
I can grow them on for awhile in the basement under florescents, but would
eventually have to move them up into the house. I would also appriciate any
information on the plant, culture and such, since the only info I have is from
the catalog, which is not much.
