blackie requires full sun for best growth, tri-color needs partial shade,
full sun will burn the foliage, marquirite does best in partial shade,full
sun will also burn the foliage.  partial shade(or partial sun) would mean
morning sun.  avoid south or west exposure. this would be too harsh
