RE: roses


Funny, yes.

But I've propagated roses from bouquets before...to keep the memory living
and growing...just cut the flower off, take about 6 inches of stem with
leaves and dust the cut with rooting hormone.  Eventually, the leaves fall
off, new leaves sprout, and the plant grows on.  They aren't as vigorous as
grafted roses.
