Hi, folks,

I, too, have been monitoring this exchange since I tuned in a three weeks
ago while home sick with a bug. Don't have much experience on the web and
am still in awe of the wealth of information it has to offer about
everything under the sun. When I found this site, I gathered from the
address that it meant an exchange of information regarding propagating
plants by any means desirable, to include seeds. The motto was "Why buy
plants when you can grow your own." Seed is but another means of growing
plants. While your intentions are good, it's going to be tough to keep
every aspect of gardening out of this site except that of growing plants
from cuttings. People who love plants love growing them by any means at
their disposal and they are not shy about asking any question that comes to
mind. Discussion on this site of a particular plant may trigger another
question that will go out in left field, but that's how people communicate.
It's really no reflection on how you're handling of this web site; rather,
it would seem that people are feeling comfortable with each other and
keeping a dialogue going about that subject we all love: growing things.
While I realize there ARE other sites where we can all talk about seeds,
exchanges, catalogs, etc., please don't feel offended when we stray off.
As gardeners all, we're a hopeless lot when the conversation and ideas start
flowing.

Well, that's my two cents worth.
